Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lawn Care Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of our lawn care crew, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service possible.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage a team of lawn care technicians to ensure that work is completed on schedule and to the highest standard
- Perform site visits to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate lawn care services
- Plan and schedule daily work activities, assign tasks to crew members, and ensure that equipment and materials are available as needed
- Train and mentor new lawn care technicians to ensure they are fully equipped to perform their duties
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure that all work is completed safely and according to company policies and industry standards
- Keep accurate records of work completed, including time spent on each job and materials used
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in lawn care, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience
- Extensive knowledge of lawn care techniques, equipment, and materials
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service
- Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
